After our personal meeting — where we discuss your design, size, and requirements — we confirm your order and send you an advance payment link.
Yes, 100% free. The consultation slot booking has no charge. We only collect an advance payment after the design and price are confirmed and you are fully happy with everything.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your consultation slot at any time. Just contact us on WhatsApp and we will help you immediately. No charges apply for consultation cancellations.
Absolutely. Our product page has a live colour customiser where you can see your design on different fabric colours. If your colour is not in the palette, simply mention it during consultation and we will arrange it.
Yes. Every order is custom. During consultation, you can share your design ideas, reference images, or specific motifs — and we will incorporate them into your piece. Custom designs may affect the price and delivery time.
Yes. All our pieces are made to your exact measurements. During consultation, we will guide you on how to take and share your measurements correctly. If you are local to Kolkata, we can also arrange a measurement session.
We accept UPI, Razorpay (all cards and net banking), and direct bank transfer. Payment details will be shared after consultation confirmation.
The advance amount is discussed and finalized during consultation. It is typically a percentage of the total price and is used to begin material sourcing and production. The remaining balance is paid before or at delivery.
Since every piece is custom-made and production begins after advance payment, refunds depend on the production stage. Please discuss refund terms during consultation. We always try to find a fair solution for our customers.
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the embroidery. Simple designs take 15 to 25 days. Medium work takes 25 to 40 days. Heavy bridal zardosi work can take 45 to 60 days or more. Exact delivery time will be confirmed during consultation.
Yes. We deliver across India. Shipping charges will be added based on your location. We use reliable courier services with tracking. International shipping is available — please contact us to discuss.
We work with pure silk, georgette, chiffon, velvet, and net — depending on the product and occasion. Fabric choice is discussed during consultation and affects the final price.
Zori work (also called Jori or Jari) uses metallic threads to create embroidery patterns — it is lighter and more delicate. Zardosi is heavier, more dimensional, and typically includes additional elements like sequins, beads, and stones — making it ideal for bridal and heavy occasion wear.
All embroidered garments should be dry cleaned only. Store folded in a muslin cloth — never a plastic bag. Avoid direct sunlight for long periods. Handle the embroidered areas gently. We include a care card with every piece we deliver.
